I really appreciate staff’s hospitality. I booked the room without breakfast. But they provided me complimentary breakfast considering my long flight from Japan and tiredness. In addition, my check in time was from 2 pm. But they also provided early check in. Thanks to their heartfelt hospitality, my stay was really good:) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And I’ll definitely stay here if I visit Jerusalem again! Thank you for all staffs and excellent property!

I spent 5 days at the Inbal and it was wonderful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is wonderful and the service is superb. The food was delicious and elegantly served (best omelet maker at breakfast in all of Israel). Most of all the ambiance is warm and the staff is caring. I have stayed at many of the other nearby five star hotels in Jerusalem in the past and I much prefer the Inbal- It is a home away from home with all the amenities (including a fabulous fitness center and...

The hotel is so close to the Damascus Gate it made walking in and out of the old city really easy. We got to the hotel after midnight and they were there waiting for us. The free breakfast in the morning was fantastic and we were off for the day. We needed to check out late and move rooms and they were very happy to give us the big room so we could all get ready for the airport after a day of touring.
