The room was pretty average, but clean and comfortable. The location is great and the staff super helpful. The hotel is in a central location. The best part was the spa. Hot sauna, dry sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzis and recliner chairs. A great discovery.
Superb little gem of a hotel with easy access to the nearby lift. We booked a family room last minute and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Super friendly staff, super clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel. So close to the train station. A 2 minute walk. Wonderful full breakfast is included with beautiful out side seating on the 6th floor. Staff is so helpful. We needed a power converter and they were able to supply it no problem. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel.
Nice hotel with a great view of the glacier (upgrade). Room was spacious and clean. Big shower. Very central and close to many shops / restaurants / bars. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

The location of the hotel was great. 5 mins walk from station and right in the middle of the downtown area its excellent views of the downtown life from the balcony. The staff were friendly and good breakfast as well
This was a beautiful hotel and conveniently located across the street from the train station. Noise was not a problem. Brig is fairly small so its location was great. The room was bigger than standard (we had a double) with a small balcony and great views. The room and hotel were clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
Ines was amazing and always cheerful while serving breakfast. All staff was great and helpful with restaurant suggestions, e-bus information and more. Hotel is in a convenient location , no need to go far from the arriving train station. Thank you.
