"Very friendly welcome, clean and spacious room (we had a king bed) with a great bathroom with spacious countertop. Very convenient location with a free parking garage below. We were greeted with a big smile for the complimentary breakfast downstairs and asked how we would like our eggs. They were perfection. The buffet was well stocked, the coffee was plentiful and the space was very comfortable. We really loved our stay here and was recommended by Ruby Hotel (another fine establishment) in Pristina. The entire staff was wonderful and very accommodating. "

"I stayed June 2025. The property is exceptionally clean and chic. I had a standard room with a king bed. It had a panoramic view and big terrace. The pool facilities are nice. Pool side service is an additional charge. They allow day passes , so the pool might also include people who are not guests. I was there during busy season, but it wasn’t crowded and I could be off by myself. Traveling alone as a professional female (took this weekend to relax) I appreciate this factor. The restaurant is lovely- good service, good views, and decent wine selection. The breakfast is included and it is Very good. The receptionist, Julia, was absolutely wonderful. She answered all questions, was very pleasant, and accommodating to my needs/requests. I didn’t try any spa services. I’d rank the hotel/resort 4/5 stars."

"If you want to sleep before midnight on a Saturday night, do not stay here. The bar here is unbelievably loud. The rooms were listed as "soundproof." They are not. This is listed as a "smokefree facility." It is not. They have a smoking room on the first floor that permeates every floor and the rooms. Our room reeked of smoke all day, every day. This hotel was described as having a parking garage. It does not. It is street parking. Often your car will be parked where you are blocked in by others and they have to find the keys to move the car. Really disappointing given such a nice space. The rooms are spacious and clean. But the smoke smell was awful."
