"The bedroom had the tiniest roll of toilet paper we had a 4 night stay and had to keep asking for toilet paper. The room keys would get deactivated so we would go to our room on the 3rd floor then had to walk all the way down to the lobby to get it reactivated.That was a hassle . The hotel has no elevator so be prepared t walk up the stairs . Nobody offered us to help with our luggage . Rooms are very hot inside . At least there was a fan . Online the hotel gives a price then They charged us 5% to use a credit card. Even at the restaurant there was an additional fee for using a card . The room service stole my personal towel . I told the front desk and they said they had to wait until the next day to ask the room service person . Overall beautiful hotel with a pool the service at the pool / bar was great but there were several things they should correct !"

"We had a comfortable 2 nights. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have AC and a fridge. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool, but it looked clean. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to the bus station. Would recommend. "

The staff was so kind and attentive at all times, even checking on us when we were away to make sure we were okay. I wish we had more time to stay, but every moment was exquisite. "This is a great hotel. Love the decor. The staff were exceptional. It's in a great location. It was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, a nice variety. The room was extremely clean and again the decor was the best. Great size bathroom with hot water, very good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable. Only negative maybe get more comfortable pillows. Amazing views from the roof. But overall this is a great place today. I would definitely stay there again. "
