"Friendly staff Views can’t be beat!"

"The room was spotless and with an amazing view to the pyramids, so did the restaurant. Staff most of them friendly but some in the restaurant had a little attitude for no reason. Breakfast wasn’t good at all but dinner was ok. The driver Mohammed was awesome, very friendly always with a smile and great energy made Me feel safe at all times.Tour guy was really nice too, his knowledge is incredible."

The doormen and concierge were outstanding — courteous, attentive, and proactive.
