"The service is excellent, and the cuisine is delicious. The first room I stayed in had ants, and after informing the front desk, they came to wipe it down, but it didn't help. I was moved to a different room, and to my amazement, I discovered a large cockroach one night. I literally departed that night, even though I had to leave the following day. Worst of all, when I arrived to my friend's hotel, I discovered two little roaches in my suitcase. They need someone to come in and spray the property."

The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay! "The Air condition and Tv work, but no INTERNET/ 2 Queens size bed, of which one of the bed blocks the entrance to bathroom. Electric kettle with no set up for hot beverages. The refrigerator remained unplugged because there was nowhere to plug it. No electrical outlet in the bathroom and no shelves, table, chair, desk or storage space. There was a lot of uninvited guest and people sleeping in the sofa of the lobby."

"This place was absolutely beautiful very modern, clean, and well maintained. The property had great amenities, including a pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the location: there’s a shopping center just an 8-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The host was also very friendly and communicative, which made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back."
