"Great location and amazing staff . This was a girls trip and we felt safe . The staff was unbelievably helpful. The hotel restaurant where we would eat breakfast daily was also great and the staff was very kind . 10/10 recommend!"

"There was no storage space for clothes we had to live out of our suitcase. No iron for clothes. The bed and pillows were great. The breakfast was not very good. "

"Our room was small but efficiently furnished and clean. The air-conditioning was nice and the coffee was delicious. We enjoyed breakfast in the rooftop cafe each morning, and used the nearby Line 0 and Line 1 buses to reach the Metro easily. We found wonderful pizza at nearby Filipo, and good Italian at Vibras. The Los Molinos Mall was only two blocks away. We would definitely come here again."

"I did like the place overall. I just wish the fan in my room had been working properly. Other than that, it’s a convenient hotel for a quick stay since it’s close to most locations. Customer service, however, could have been better. We needed the shuttle to the airport, which we order the night before, but they weren’t able to reach the driver, which they didn’t let us know, so we ended up having to get an Uber ourselves. That part was disappointing. With a few improvements, this could be a much better experience."
