"The hotel general condition of the hotel and pool has gone downhill significantly in the past 4 years since our last stay. The room itself was fine and in good condition but everywhere else looked tired and needed a refresh. The pool changing rooms were especially poor. The bar was really overcrowded in the evening to the point we gave up trying to find a table and headed straight to our room. "

"Room we received did not look like the pictures I booked online. We booked a deluxe room with a king bed which had a bath and shower in the room , however when we arrived we had been given a WC accessible room with no bath. This was extremely disappointing as we felt we paid quite a lot of money for this room and did not get what we expected."

"Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was of a really good standard. The pillows on the beds were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Just a small thing, but can lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep. "
