"We didn't stay at this exact hotel because there was an issue with our room, and we were transfered to another hotel from the chain. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful in both hotels. We stayed at the Hotel Wiracocha Inn. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable."

"Great location and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They met us at the train station and took us to get Machu Picchu tickets straight away. Room was a great size, shower was good with hot water, however the jacuzzi bath was a let down, brown smelly water and jets projected water all over the room, but to be honest wasn’t bothered whether it was there or not. Good solid base whilst visiting MP"

"Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. We had a river view room which was spectacular. The rooms were great and I particularly loved the bathroom! We loved opening the windowing and hearing the roar of the river. Very close to where you have to line up for the bus to Machu Picchu and plenty of restaurants nearby, including the one in the hotel. "
