"An absolute gem. Came for a quiet getaway and the perfect storm of calmness. Will is a wonderful host, making sure I was welll taken care of and focusing on every detail. He made sure I was able to check in and reach him during a winter storm and was readily available. The place is wonderful and filled with lots of fireplaces and room amenities that feel spa like and warm. Best night sleep I’ve had in a cloud of pillows and bed, in such a long time. "The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, finding us a different room when ours wasn’t available. The breakfast was significantly better than a simple continental, offering a variety of items. It is a sprawling complex on the LI sound, with nice views from our room and the dining areas. The restaurant, although a bit pricey, had great service, wonderful views, and excellent quality."
