I was cautious when they said there was ample street parking, but there was, and it was safe parking.
Near good restaurants..
Breakfast would be improved with items like hard-boiled eggs and bananas.
AC was good. We had a nice 3 day visit."

"Roami at Factors row was the perfect base for our New Orleans trip! Located in a quite part of the CBD, but within just a few blocks walk from the buzzy French Quarter - it meant we could be part of the action, but also get some peace!
We stayed in the three bed, 2 story apartment - it was HUGE! Brilliant facilities, we all had our own bathroom and plenty of space to relax (including our own terrace).
It was different not having a physical reception or staff on site - but we didn’t have any...
