"i was LOCKED OUT! this is an untrustworthy hotel. i made a reservation a week in advance, fully paid for. i received an email through expedia from the hotel that they received the reservation and it was confirmed. i sent the hotel an email through expedia, saying my plane would be arriving at 2:30AM, and asking if there would be any problem checking in at that time. my email was ignored, no response. i decided to go through with it and hope for the best, since the hotel had a decent rating, and...

"Staff at the reception counter was really great and accommodating. Room and the passages were clean and kept the same for the days I was there. Appreciate the staff. Breakfast though mostly South Indian was great. One thing though the odd number rooms like 303 did not have a window in the bedroom but even numbered rooms had this luxury. Overall a great stay and there is a beautiful garden at a walkable distance which in Bengaluru is very rare these days."
