"I booked a room for 2 nights and when I came to check-in, the hotel manager said there was no availability for the dates I had received confirmation for. He suggested an alternative location for my stay far from my booked location in Juhu. The hotel took my money and refused to issue a refund despite not staying there. AVOID this SCAM hotel! "

"The rooms were on the dirtier side. Stayed one night, so we managed.Staff was nice. Hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building and rooms are on the smaller side. Would not recommend if you are with young kids. "

"No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos."

"I had one of the better rooms and more expensive in a very poor hotel. Involved two flights of steep stairs before an old lift. Shower was a wall outlet, no surround. I could not recommend."
