"Loved our stay. It’s next to the largest mall Lulu mall and offers buggy service. The staff prateek( from utttarkhand) in the breakfast looked after us so well - incredible service and displayed Marriott hospitality- went out of the way to serve us. The pool was excellent and so well maintained and spa service is highly recommended- the gym trainer was excellent. Overall 5 stars. "

Highly recommend!! If your are looking to stay near Amrita Hospital (AIMS) this is the closest one too! Just walk out the west gate and there it is. It is literally right next door to the dental school. "

"Horrible place to stay. Cockroaches, stained chairs, dirty sheets (they just tucked back the sheets after the previous guest left). The springs in the mattress were so loud and uncomfortable. I wouldve slept on the floor if it wasn't for the cockroaches. They don't change the sheets in the afternoon unless we ask them to. A leading web search shows this hotel is a 4-star. This hotel is 2star at best and it's better to call them directly and book. They offered me less than half the price first...

"The hotel was really well maintained and rooms are spacious. must consider for booking but location is little inside from the main attraction. they don't have in house restaurant but you can order food online. The water bottles were missing in the room. rest everything was best"
