"Place seemed clean, but stained sheets. They had started sugar and creamer, but not starter coffee pods. Has a microwave, but no napkins or paper towels available. Place is named "Hotel Avenida" but it's not a hotel, it's a motel with room doors opening to outside not hallways. This would all be fine but don't pretend to be something you're not."

"Breakfast was mediocre and you can't take it back to your room even if there is no where to sit in their breakfast lobby they want you to eat while standing instead of going to your room. I didnt get my full deposit back and basically my kids said they felt they were being watched at all times and when my kid went for extra towels for the pool they only gave us 2 for a 4 people room and then accused him of adding soap to their jacuzzi when he hadnt even been out of our room. id never stay here again for the safety of my kids and the bad service"

"The breakfast was hearty, not just bagels and danish. Hot tub was very nice and a little secluded from large, sometimes busy pool."

"Never really have problems with this place but with this previous stay had a roach in the bathroom, kids playing at my room door knocking on it and running away also doing it to other guests, then the new employee act like they can’t extend our room for a extra day without us having to go to the website and also charging us 50 room deposit when usually when I extend my stay I wouldnt have to pay for the deposit only pay for the room, tv kept glitching on and off "

"Check in was 5 p.m., not 4 p.m., due to computers down. Was given handicap room, but did NOT request. Paid for view, but had to overlook a non functioning jacuzzi with dirty sand bags, construction fence with fake ivy, etc. which blocked much of our view. Property is poorly maintained. Room had dirty and worn carpeting, dirty cloth footstool, missing trim pieces in bathroom, etc. Paint peeling outside, no cushions available for outdoor wicker furniture."

"cozy mom and pop style hotel, with lots of charm , plenty of parking, 2 seconds from all the amenities and has lots of complimentary snacks , games and movies to enjoy. "

"I asked to have the bedding to be exchanged but was told it was not available that day, no available slots. That was disappointing "

"This wasn't the best breakfast we have had. It was okay. Hampton inn is much better. Staff is very friendly. But if you are a smoker. They have no place for you to sit down. I am disabled and if it wasn't for Jordan the secure guard that helped me get up on my husband's tail gate I would have been standing out in the parking lot. Jordan also watched over me to make sure I was safe. So kudos to him."
