"Boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very walkable and close to restaurants, and shops. Also, it is in close proximity to San Cristobal, Sky Costenara, and Cousino Macul Winery. The one and only concern was that one morning the sink in bathroom leaked a bit, but overall good stay. Complimentary breakfast was good also."

"I really enjoyed the hotel, the walkability, the breakfast and areas to work around the hotel. The bike rental in the lobby was a nice touch too. I did feel that if you care about hair product like shampoo and conditioner that you should bring your own. Everything else was fantastic"

"The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot)....

"Staff, although speaking Spanish only, was helpful and communicated throughout the check in process. Location was very good, near restaurants and minimarkets, as well as a Metro station, which provided ready access to sightseeing spots. The Cristobel Hill was 30 minutes away, and from there, one could take the gondola."

"The location is perfect however in this neighborhood a lot of the buildings are old now. I understand this happens, but the hotel is suffering from it's age. It sounded like they were working on fixing it up above me so that's going to help. The staff were all friendly. I have no big complaints. It was definitely very quiet at night."

The location is very convenient — the metro is only a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff are also really helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. It’s not a 5-star hotel, so don’t expect luxury facilities, but if you’re after a clean, safe, and comfortable place to sleep while visiting Santiago, I’d happily recommend it.
