"I read bad reviews after booking however during my visit there it was the total opposite. The check in process was smooth and we were taken to the room immediately after check in. There are a variety of restaurants and food options however you must note that some restaurants are not open everyday for dinner as they alternate with the others on site. There were alcoholic drinks available from the morning period and the servers never once scrimped on the amounts. The pool area was clean and there were always adequate beach towels available as well as lounge chairs. There were daily activities as well as nightly entertainment and the adjoining casino also provided some entertainment when it was just too hot to be outside. Check out was alos smooth and they kept luggage on site until it was time to go to the airport."

"We are so happy we chose to stay here! The hotel was very comfortable and well designed. The beach was absolutely fantastic — crystal-clear water, excellent snorkeling, and a relaxing atmosphere. There were great dining options, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!"
"Great spot. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is a great place.$60 taxi to town and $50 taxi to the airport. The spa is beautiful. Restaurants were delish! I would not upgrade to VIP, as I saw no real benefit to it, except for the adult-only pool, and the views from the ocean suites were much nicer. "
