This property absolutely exceeded my expectations. They gave us a welcome gift upon arrival. When we had issues with the WiFI, they came to the room personally to fix, breakfast was amazing. Pool was great. Staff was so so helpful with absolutely everything. I asked if someone could come at 4:50 am to help with luggage upon check out, and they were extremely prompt. El hotel es super céntrico al rio. A sus alrededores tiene el tren, mall, tiendas y lugares para comer. Utilice las maquinas de lavar ropa y estaban incluidas hasta liquido de lavar tenían. Ah y las maquinas son modernas que lavan y secan en la misma. Si van a utilizarlo, usen AMAP para localizarlo pq en google mapa no esta bn la direccion

The front desk staff did an amazing job, they helped us with anything we needed and even went out of their way to help us find the hospital when we needed to go for an emergency. Would stay again 100%!

Nice and big hotel rooms, has laundry facilities but no dryer, only dryer bags. Hotel area is good, close by to shops and dinning and attractions. Only complains there are a few steps/ stair to enter the hotel, hard to bringing larger luggage in and out.

This was an amazing hotel. The pictures were pretty accurate. The room was great! Even better than we thought based on the photos. The best part is that it's so close to the main tourist attractions. We barely had to use transportation, we just walked almost everyday. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Free laundry. The projector was cool but you need some tech no l knowledge to really work it. You would be a fool not to book this place. We are definitely staying here again!

The view from the room is mind blowing. The entire city with both Yangtze and jialing river is just in front of us. The amenity is new and high end. We had lots of fun in the swimming pool. The room is spacious with good decors and pretty much everything you need. I like the location as well since it is inside the raffles mall so dinning and shopping is just minutes away. Highly recommend

The staff is very helpful especially Nicole. Room is clean and service is very nice. We love the breakfast as well. I would definitely book this hotel again if they maintain their service and amenities as now. My favorite thing is their free laundry room!

Had an amazing stay at Seya. The location cannot be more convenient and is at the heart of the city. The bird view from the room is breathtaking and the in-room mini swimming pool brings so much fun to our stay. The best part I have to say is the staff and “butler/housekeeper” who has been so helpful to take care of every detail of our stay. Highly recommend this place
