Helpful staff and a lovely room. My room unfortunately had an overhead light that didn’t turn on and the water in the shower did not get very warm, so it was a bit inconvenient. Location was easily walkable to main areas of town.

Very pretty resort with spa services and nice ambience. They also have a free shuttle that goes into town in the evenings. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. They are great at helping you set up local tours and finding things to do and see in the area.
This was hotel was so awesome! The hospitality is just be the best we have ever had. The welcome food and drink, free airport transfers and the breakfast were all incredible bonuses. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was great and so new and clean. It was a great location to walk to the markets and easily taking Tuk Tuk to downtown at $2 per way. Most beautiful hotel & brand new!! I loved every day of my stay here. The courtesy of the staff from the minute is arrive till you leave, the efficient & the constant care makes your stay unforgettable. The breakfst is absolutely awesome- every kind of bread, eggs made any way you like the endless buffet of Cambodian food, good coffee, high quality fruits & a variety so it is not the same everyday & also pastries. Even the bread pudding is wonderful. Loved it!!!
Everything was great at the hotel. The hotel is very nice, we were upgraded to a suite, and the suite was really very spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities.
The breakfast buffet was well diversified and very good. (we did not dine at the hotel so can't comment on that). The hotel has also a very large pool and massage on site.
