The establishment resembles more of an apartment or motel with low-quality furniture, utilities, and poor maintenance. Soundproofing is nonexistent; I could hear noises from the upstairs room as well as stray dogs outside. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming, despite his insincere attempts to seem friendly.
