"My stay was pleasant. I have stayed there several times. Food at the restaurant is fresh and the tikibar staff are amazing with food and drinks, you also have music and beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms they also put humidifier and air conditioning in some rooms. I just enjoy the beauty of the ocean view."

"I chose this hotel based on the reviews, and I wouldn’t consider myself a very picky traveler—as long as I get what I pay for. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met here. The food and drinks are good once you finally receive them, but the wait times can be very long. The rooms themselves are fine, however they need to be kept extremely cold or the ceiling starts to sweat. I understand this is a tropical climate, but it’s uncomfortable having my kids come in from the pool into an ice-cold room. On our second day, we noticed a significant number of ants in the room. We didn’t bring any food inside, so I’m not sure where they came from—they seemed to be concentrated around a power cord. The service is polite, but not particularly warm or attentive. Staff do their jobs, but it lacks the friendliness and hospitality you might experience on other islands or on a cruise. The surrounding area is nice, with many cute places to eat nearby, and it definitely offers a quieter, more relaxed vibe compared to San Juan. There is limited amount of things to do for kids: beach, pool,ping pong table, swings. No gym or sport courts. It was ok for our 5 day stay but on the last day the kids were bored. "

"Only eat breakfast one time, it was alright for a free breakfast. The AC was super cold and there was no way to control the temperature. The staff was very helpful, cordial and friendly."

"This place was near perfect! The staff was excellent! The rooms and environment perfect. Only thing I could complain about was the restaurant closed earlier than posted and the pools should be open later. Other than that amazing loved it and will stay again one day in the future."
