"This little hidden gem was located in the heart of Old Quarter, it was in such a convenient location. Huong was wonderful, she coordinated our pick up from the airport with little notice, and helped us immensely with our trip to Halong Bay! The staff in general were extremely friendly and we were very happy with our stay. The rooms were great very spacious and we were upgraded both nights at no extra cost which was such a pleasant surprise. "

"Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service."

"Breakfast was great Hugh is a wonderful concierge he is calm and profeesional takes time to listen to listen to your needs and takes appropriare measures to facilitate requests Tyson with his upbeat enthusiastic attitude is also quick to look for ways to enhance your stay Friendly and fun to be around I have to mention Tunat la terressa what spot on service and humbling attitude such a great service super knowledge of the dishes and wines Hats off to whomever manages these kind staff members"

"Very nice to stay in this hotel.. will come for next trip in Hanoi. Staffs are very kind, especially Ms. Jolie, Chloe at reception, Mr. Marco, Enzo and Alberto at front door, and Ms. Bella and Alice at restaurant. They are super kind and helpful while We stayed.. Foods was delicious, hotel condition was good. Everyone has big smile all the time to make customer happy.."

"We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed. She helped us to reserve amazing transportation in high end SUV with private driver as well. Food and service in restaurant is 5 star ! Delicious breakfast, Hotel is very clean and in great location. "

"Although there was some noise on from the 10th floor due to some construction in the dining area above our room, it didnt matter so much as it was during the day. The pool is a bit small and only two chairs next to the pool. The Sky Bar was bit of a let down, we only seen it open once in the 10 nights of our stay. but there are so many drinking places within a few minutes walk so wasnt a problem. The Hotel is on a busy main road but there was no noise from it in the room. The location was excellent all major tourist attractions are only a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a smile. When were next in Hanoi i will definatly choose this hotel again"
