"Very limited choice of food, bartender you are luky if you find him. Waited till the end of the meal to have a glass of wine and we hv been told they are so buzy when the hotel is nearly empty. Entertainment is very poor. "

Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. For det første var hotellet fyldt med russere, til et punkt hvor medarbejderne talte russisk.. For det andet ligger hotellet ikke der hvor kortet siger. Vi havde valgt hotellet pga af deres lokation, så vi var tættere på andre restauranter og natklubber. Det lå langt væk fra hvor det skulle ligge. Så det var helt klart et kæmpe minus. "I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
