"Very clean excellent food very friendly staff shuttle to beach is excellent right near Casablanca casino they offer e bikes and regular bikes short ride to town very comfortable rooms and beddings would definitely stay again grace bay beach is amazing towels and chairs offered included "
"We just returned from our first visit to Turks and Caicos and exceeded expectations. We like a hotel that is in a good area but not loud and busy. We are so glad to have chosen Royal West Indies for our stay. Grounds were well maintained and it is a beautiful as the pictures. Each "residence" building is only 3 floors so it feels spacious. The pool has several areas that wind around the bar and restaurant area. There is a "quiet" pool for adults and we loved that part of it is shaded by trees throughout the day. The pools were well cared for as they were not cloudy or covered with flowers or grass.
The Pelican Restaurant did not disappoint. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner on various days throughout our stay. All were delicious - especially liked the Jerk Chicken Wrap. The bar is fun and a must if you want to meet other people and learn more about the area. They have a great Happy Hour from 5 to 7 and it is totally worth it. The bartenders are knowledgeable and fun. Jay was great. Loved seeing the bartender go to the fruit tree and pick the fruit for your drink! We learned a lot about the islands by sitting around chatting. The bar does close down around 10 which was fine with us.
The beach is perfect. There was never a shortage of chairs or towels. The water is everything you read about the Grace Bay area - blue/green/crystal clear and they have equipment for use.
Staff was always helpful. Never had trouble with getting a taxi. Bikes available for use."
"Our room was sleek, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled, cozy and elevated.
However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. Unfortunately, they lacked warmth and hospitality, often coming across with a dismissive attitude. A simple smile or friendly demeanor would’ve made a big difference, especially in the mornings.
Aside from that, the stay was a solid 10/10. The beach at the resort wasn’t ideal—lots of seaweed but having a rental car made it easy to drive just seven minutes to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach.
Food-wise, breakfast at the hotel was decent, but we found our favorites elsewhere. Omar’s Beach Hut was hands down a 10/10, and Mr. Grouper’s was another great local spot worth checking out."
"Great property, we had a wonderful stay. More dining options on site and a convenience store would have been nice but they took great care of us. There are a few dining options within a 10min walk. I would recommend having a rental car. "
"Make a reservation if you’re trying to eat on site for dinner. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The location itself… breathtaking. The views leave you speechless. It’s the place to stay when in TCI I don’t see myself staying anywhere else when I go back. "
