"It doesn't really feel like 4 star hotel, had issues with the internet, they block it if you have a VPN installed on your computer. The rooms are ok but mkji bar was empty and bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast ok but not like in other 4 star hotels."

Unfortunately the housekeeping was poor-our room was missing basic amenities and the top of the bed was stained. Despite notifying reception twice, the issues was only partially resolved. The staff offered a piece of cake as a compensation, but overall, the service did not meet the expectations. "

"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "
