The owners of the hotel are lovely people, they were both very helpful and attentive and even gave us a free breakfast when we showed up way before our check-in time. The manager told me he had advised hotels.com to cancel the booking, but they had not done this, so I received no communication that there were any issues with my reservation. We stayed for 3 days and found the location convenient for exploring the Puerto Lopez area. I would note that the beds that are described as "queen size" would be called double beds in the US.
