"The pictures that are posted are NOT the hotel at ALL!!! Sheets were stained & dirty & I had to get new sheets & make the bed. The towels were stained. We stayed 3 nights & the room wasn’t cleaned & garbage was not emptied. The hotel had an odor and was not clean. The outside door wasn’t even locked, anyone could have come in without a key card. On our 3rd day our key cards stopped working although we weren’t checking out until the next day. Breakfast never changed and we stayed Saturday-Tuesday, rotate the warm items. "

"location and hotel was excellent, however since its a pet friendly facility i wish they assign some room which can be only for guest with the pet sometimes its hard to clean pet hair. The room we stayed in was pretty clean even then the pet hair was sticking to our socks and clothes. "

"Hot water was pretty non existent, when I reserved room with accommodations, got to the hotel was told no accommodations available for my room. Mother SLIPPED and FELL because it was not accessible. Asked for a refund as the hotel did not fit the accommodations required. Was told no that I could not get a refund but I was welcome to pay for the stay and leave anyways. Front desk staff member checking in was horrible, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of him. "

"Staff was great and friendly. Room wasnt the cleanest though. The biggest thing was the pool and hot tub, they were bith not clean. The hot tub was extremely cloudy and there was brown bubbles when the jet were on. In the pool you could see a ring or dirt around the top. This was the first time here that things were not fabulous. We have come here many times and this was the first time it wasnt clean."
