We stayed in a superior suite on the first floor. The room was spacious and comfortable and street noice was nonexistent. Many public seating areas outside of the rooms added to the ambiance."

"I love the hotel. It’s exactly the kind of place I luke to stay. And it was clean. The ambience was perfect. The staff, friendly and helpful. And it was very safe. However, there were a lot of items on the menu that they did not have available to order. That would be the only negative thing I’d have to say. "

"Good hotel at TOP of Funicular. A bit hard to find if arriving by car. Parking is the Monumento de Pipila parking - quite inexpensive. If you like staying out later than 9pm, then get ready to walk up the funicular (not an issue for us). Bring earplugs as hotel is in a public area and can be somewhat noisy."
