It’s very convenient and you can easily walk to many restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and different areas of Cartagena. It’s a great base for exploring the city while still being able to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Service was consistently good, and everyone made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and has a nice atmosphere. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Cartagena for anyone looking for a well-located, modern hotel with spacious rooms and great service."
