"We were checked online one day prior to our arrival. Hotel asked us the arrival time so we were able to go to our room at around early. The room and facilities is amazingly well managed. We were having fun in the pool and gym . The shopping mall is next to hotel. We will come again soon."

"Relaxed 24h in March. Lots of families here, but 28 deg c but still quiet at the pool. I as a westerner enjoyed my meals outdoors while it was as typically quite loud inside the restaurant. Both Chinese and western food. The western food was good. Room was huge with a softer than typically Chinese beds, good for me. Nice balcony with a sunbed. Very friendly staff and you could always find someone who spoke English."

"Central AC of the rooms was turned off, so my room was 27 degrees celsius. After going to front desk to ask to be switched on, I was offered a fan. Not what we would expect from a Sheraton Resort experience...
After a complaint to corporate guest services, I had my room changed to one that had individual AC.
I had the problem solved, but had to go through corporate.
Such a shame, because the hotel view of the reservoir is stunning.
