Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. Stayed there over new Years and we had an amzing time. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are great and extremly spacious. The location is great for all kinds of aktivities (especially to go skiing in Flims and Laax) and also to go shopping and dinning in Chur. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We stayed in the summer and hiked the mountain peaks in the ski area. The hotel has very nice rooms for families that include a kitchen, living and dining area and 2 to 3 bedrooms. There are also single bedroom units that are less spacious. Complex consists of several building and there are restaurants, shops and food markets located at the base of each building. Good variety and quality of restaurants. Very family friendly area for kids of all ages. There is an indoor freestyle park next...
Wonderful room, fantastic view! Would have liked alittle better communication on needing to take a tram up the hill side to get to hotel. Friendly locals were quite helpful!!
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. So much attention to detail and beautifully restored. The host and hostess are wonderful and so very nice. Suggested things to do. And we ate a delicious dinner and breakfast the following day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants beauty, friendly and breathtaking views. I wish we had stayed longer.
Located in Sporz, just above Lenzerheide... Surrounded by an incredible nature with breathtaking views on mountains and valleys! Incredible hotel composed by several typical chalets refurbished with all the modern comfort and a cosy atmosphere. Staff is really nice, available and helpful in every situation... Spas is totally worth it.
Little extras: free shuttles that will take you on the ski slopes and a free “goûter” for after ski!
