"I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Hamilton Agadir. The room was in very poor condition: the bed was extremely hard, the bedding did not feel clean, and the bathroom was old, poorly maintained, and smelled bad. The towels looked more like old rugs than hotel towels, there were not enough provided for the family, and there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival. When I asked reception for clean towels, I was told that the person responsible for towels was not there, which is not acceptable for a hotel service. The reception area was also very smoky because it is next to the bar, and I did not appreciate exposing my children to that environment. What disappointed me most is that the pictures on the website are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all. The experience was so unpleasant that I had to leave the hotel the very next morning and did not stay for the remaining nights I had originally booked. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment."

"However bad you think it was from the reviews, uts worse. The internet is non existent. Come here if youre trying to go off grid. You have to pay extra for the gym despite being a hotel customer. Finding The room is like in a maze. No space in the rooms. The toilet is by the bedside. They pay to print boarding pass for 2 euros, they are very money grabbing. Dirty, smells. Horrible Internet. Hot water was not hot, had to call reception. Bedsheets werent changed, you have to pay to get towels for the pools. "

"Absolutely disgusting hotel will not recommend how to get out of the hotel and book another hotel. It was dirty. He had red ants in the bed. The gym wasn’t open. The indoor pool wasn’t open. The swimming pool was very dirty very old property disgustingly not maintained absolutely crap."

"Not a 5 star hotel for sure , I would give it a 2.5 star hotel . Rooms were just ok nothing spectacular. Although I had their premium suite , thier room cleaning was not the best either . Management needs a lot of training"

"1er bémol, le personnel de la réception ne sait pas gérer les demandes de la clientele par exemple, présentation du sire, des activites offertes, et offrir un sourire. 2e bémol, une odeur de puisard est apparue dans la douche de notre chambre qui aura pris 2 jours a régler."

"Enjoyed our stay "

"Nice, clean and staff goes above and beyond to help and very respectful. Good location as well. Good breakfast and tried dinner buffet for two nights for extra cost of 200dh each which was good. Stayed in building 2 it was nice and clean, house keeping every day. Only one thing which was disappointing was first morning of my stay, milk which was left in mini fridge in bedroom was off when I tired to make cup of tea in morning. Overall me and my husband enjoyed our stay."
