"Everything fine as always. It’s small hotel with good service and kind staff. The staff can not much English but enough to fix any problem. Beds are softer in older 3-bedroom than premium room but ok! Bathroom has problems with water on the floor cause no curtain. The breakfast is Thai style faith salad buffet and rice soup and toast with jam. You can also have fried egg or omelette and some sausage. The breakfast have been better before (we have stayed many times). Coffe is instant coffe....

"Huge open room. Nice and new looking. Reminds me of a condo. Your own parking space/garage then go upstairs above it to your room. Nothing bad about it except you have to have a car or motorbike or like to walk far because its a bit outside of town and nothing immediately nearby."

The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. "The building is 3 floors apartment, no elevator. It’s in a quiet area of Banchang district. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is good but the pillows are high and hard. The hospitality is good. Having own transportation is a must."

"This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."

"A quiet location off the main road. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Private bungalow with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. Pool was very relaxing after a long day. "

Cleanliness, courtesy, good atmosphere are just some of the positive things here. The beach is clean and free of trash, which is a rarity down the coast. The park area is lovely. "Room spacious and spotless. Staff welcoming and easy going. Honestly bar fridge and eve relaxed and easy. It's a few Km s back from Beach road but easy on a scooter or only 50 Bart on a taxi. The owners Booby and Blaine make the place what it is and I would definitely recommend it. You won't want to leave I promise 🙏"
