"Room was nice size, very clean and exactly what we wanted. The staff were very kind and helpful. This was our first time at a boutique hotel and we were not disappointed. The Recoleta area was very safe and easy to get around."

"El personal muy amable, la habitación muy chica, nada que ver a como lo muestran en las fotos, no tenía balcón , olía a limpio, toallas y sábanas se veían limpias pero el colchón estaba asquerosamente manchado y era bastante incómodo, en el medio se hacía una separación que quedaba como dos colchones de camas chicas. El marco de la puerta del baño estaba todo oxidado y la puerta del baño no cerraba. La ubicación estaba bien , con restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor."

"Staff was wonderful, super friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious, good breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby and very walkable area. Metro is about 15min walk. Only little thing is that the street we faced with our room can be a bit noisy when trucks or loud cars drive by."
