"Amazing hotel"

"Really poorly run, no WiFi, lacking in facilities, staff were gruff and absent and just a generally very weak property. I'd avoid. Very poor value for money given it is Turkey. "

"No sea view as on high street, staff were brilliant as always, one thing which hotel cannot control cafe in corner has music going till 1am so not great if you want peace and quiet. "We stayed one night at Le Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort, chosen for its amenities and closeness to the airport (just 20 minutes away), and left wishing we had stayed longer. The service was exceptional. Ali Bezir, the Front Office Manager, communicated with us before arrival, preparing everything to our needs. Nacira from Guest Relations was friendly and helpful, while Doğukan and Kubilay made check-in and check-out seamless. Restaurant staff, buggy drivers who ferried us around the hills, and even the playful kittens added warmth to our stay. The Stella Restaurant stood out with an excellent breakfast offering plenty of variety, and dinner was equally enjoyable. Ali kindly arranged for our room to be decorated and surprised our friend with a birthday cake — a beautiful touch that made the evening memorable. Our room was small but offered breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, visible straight from the bed and even the shower. A modern TV with Google Cast was a great addition, and we enjoyed the beach, the scenic walks, the accessible gym, and a relaxing spa treatment. The only drawback was being told that use of the spa facilities required an extra €38 for 30 minutes, which felt disappointing for a 5-star resort, as I expected basic access to be included. Overall, the staff are the true stars here, making our short visit unforgettable. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for luxury close to the airport."

"Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What a shame and disrespectful. The bathroom is too small and rusted. Seems they don't do maintenance on their amenities. There is no towel in their rooms, no shampuan, no soaps. Service is zero, amenities zero, and price is not too cheap neither. What a stupid place! Look elsewhere..."
