"The staff at the hotel were excellent - friendly and very helpful. We visited during the mayhem of Carnaval, and they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We were very well situated for the festivities that took over the town - central but not right on top of the action. Our balcony room was excellent value."
