Black Female Solo Traveler - I enjoyed this place very much. Beautiful Hotel located within minutes of El Pablado but in a quiet neighborhood away from the excitement and crowds.
The room was very Medellín. It had character and charm.
After a dusty ATV ride, the shower was awesome.

This property was exactly what we needed! The rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people, and everything was spotlessly clean. The rooftop gym offered incredible views, and there was even a steam room available (just ask the front desk to have maintenance turn it on). The on-site amenities included a restaurant with a bar and a cozy coffee shop, adding to the convenience. The entire facility was well-maintained, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped with lush fauna....
Amazing location! Everything you want within walking distance - great dining or fast meals, shopping, drug stores, excellent workout facility within 2 blocks, night time entertain and dining experiences only a quick cab drive away.
I would like to thank the Heiss Staff who were very helpful before my arrival and during my stay. I would really like to point out to other guests that may be considering staying at the Heiss that they will allow you one guest/visitor per day, which I think is very important to know when making your hotel selections.

Loved everyone was an amazing experience , only negative take away is the fact that even if you rent the penthouse they have a strict 2 person max at any time inside the room . However they have a living room with sofa and 2 chairs and a dining table with 5 chairs. Jmmm makes you wonder. In order to have a couple friends come over I had to book another room on the same floor so that they could visit. How ever I repeat the service is world class , That’s why I don’t have to mention anyone by...
Once again I have had the pleasure of staying here at this hotel. As always, everything was excellent. There are NEVER any bad surprises here. You will get what you paid for without any surprise taxes or surprise fees that were not mentioned when you make the reservation (I have had these at other hotels).
