A new facility opened only 25 days before our arrival, the hotel combined two colonial-era houses with a courtyard between them. The fact is that I missed my flight on Monday January 13th, 2024 and couldn’t make it to this hotel until Tuesday, I called that Monday to advise of the issue and was given 3/4 of what I spent for that Monday in credit to use at the rooftop bar… That is excellent customer service! Great location, great people

Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family.

Staff was AMAZING!! Definitely went above and beyond! The manager Mr. Sheik Rojas was very accommodating and friendly. They made our stay extremely memorable especially for my fiancé's BDAY. Will definitely be back. Hotel is safe and in the heart of EVERYTHING!!! Yes, it can be loud at night but we love to people watch and so it didn't bother us when it was time to sleep. From the outside, this hotel doesn't look like much, but as soon as I walked inside and was greeted by an incredible staff at the desk, I started liking this place right away. I'm a 35 yr old male and was travelling with my business partner. To our surprise our room was a two bedroom two bathroom two story loft. The beds were king size and supremely comfortable. I absolutely love this property, the front desk ladies made my stay amazing. The room was clean ac worked great the hot water work perfectly. The area is close to everything! The property is very new, only about a month old so the facility is decorated very beautifully. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, and always gave great suggestions. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was tasty. Favorite part, aside from the wonderful staff was the location. It’s in the heart of cartagena. It is a very busy area but it’s still seemingly quiet. There are restaurants a few feet away in every direction and many places to explore.

Great staff! It's a very charming combination of two old casas that are tastefully merged together. Combines modern conveniences with old world charm. The breakfasts are lovely, with comfort foods and also Colombian specialties, handmade in their kitchen, fresh everyday. Loved our stay!

My recent stay at the Hotel Casa Don Luis By Faranda Boutique in Cartagena was truly wonderful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff were incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. And the food was absolutely delicious – a real highlight of my visit! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Cartagena.

We stayed in a corner Grand Suite! It was spacious, beautiful, equipped like an apartment, had 2 bathrooms and most of all it had the most amazing views, EVEN FROM THE BATHROOM!!!
