Closely located to many attractions in the area and restaurants.

The room and property were clean and well maintained. There’s a great little gathering area outside with a fire pit for guests to use. It is in a very safe and convenient area. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful and had some cool history behind it.

Updated room & bathroom, super strong shower, clean, comfortable bed. We slept well. Bag of snacks, water & chocolates was a lovely surprise. Great breakfast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, homemade muffins & waffles. 5-star stay

Nice property in convenient location. Comfortable bed! We used both the exercise room and laundry facilities. Super nice front desk staff. Definitely would stay here again.

The proprietor was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with two full or queen beds. The windows opened for a lovely breeze off the river. There was a compact kitchenette with a fridge, sink, stove, pots and pans, dishes and a microwave plus a table and two chairs. We were sick of eating out and had food with us so we made dinner and breakfast while there. The shower had great pressure.

Convenient for our purposes. Staff was friendly & welcoming. Facility is clean & pleasant.

Clean rooms

We stayed at this hotel after an event at the Cross Center. It is very conveniently located - close to the highway, the mall, movie theater, restaurants, etc. We liked that it was not right on the road (eg. no traffic noise or bright lights shining on your window). Our room was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Loved the Bistro in the lobby. The morning staff was exceptionally friendly and the food was wonderful. Fast response via text. Also due to weather the restaurant wasnt gonna be open but she still made us breakfest it was awesome!!!!

Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly. Salli at the front desk took good care of us. All the hotels around Acadia are fully booked and very expensive. HJ Bangor is little further away but reasonably priced and convenient. The breakfast was good. The owner and staff are very polite and make you feel at Home. I would highly recommend this to a friend. Thank you Dave and Sally!!

Excellent hotel with great customer service! Rooms were modern and spotless. The heated saltwater pool was a plus. The front desk staff was universally incredible - amazing customer service. Breakfast was good. What's to complain about?

We had a very quiet comfortable stay and will definitely consider staying there again.

Great guy at the front desk who also picked me up at the airport. Hotel food, entertainment, and swimming pool all a thumbs up. Wish it was located in a more central part of town.
