"I couldn’t check in until 7:30 in the evening. Tried to originally check in at 5 but rooms weren’t ready. Staff told me to just try back later and their was nothing they could do."

"The toilet in my room was clogged and the property refused to let me change my room I drove all the way from ny and ended up having to get a another hotel the same night. Front desk staff Beth was very rude and inconsiderate. She offered for me to plunge the toilet myself. She called the onsite manager and explained the situation. They weren’t able to accommodate me either. We ended up leaving and getting a room at the La Quinta Inn nearby which was very clean and the staff was friendly and polite."

"Hotel smelled of smoke even in the non smoking areas and rooms, beds were extremely small just not the best for anyone looking for quality. Breakfast was mediocre. I will not return again."
