"Clean room"

"It was the nicest place that I stayed during my trip to Arizona "

"Our heater may have worked, but it stank like burning coils, so we couldn't use it. The fridge was on full blast but didn't keep things cold, and that is one reason we got a room with a fridge; for our babies formula. There was a loud buzzing noise the entire stay, never did figure out where that was coming from. The bathroom was dirty...someone cut their hair and it was all over the shelf next to the sink. Certainly not worth over 200 dollars for the night. Disappointed."

"My husband and I were just passing thru the Moline area and were delighted with this hotel Great location on the river and nice surroundings for walking our dog. Variety of restaurants within walking distance. Will go out of our way to pass thru Moline and the Wyndham again"

"We booked this hotel months in advance and specifically reserved a handicap-accessible room because my sister uses a wheelchair. When we arrived, we were told there were no handicap rooms available and were placed in a standard room for the night. This made it extremely difficult for my sister, including not having a safe or accessible way to shower. What was most frustrating is that we were repeatedly told no accessible rooms were available the next day either—until I stated we would need to be moved to another property. Suddenly, a handicap room became available and we were moved. That inconsistency was very concerning and honestly felt disingenuous. While I appreciate that they eventually accommodated us, it should never have required pushing back after booking months in advance. Guests who require accessible rooms should be able to rely on those reservations being honored upon arrival—not treated as optional. Overall, this was a very inconvenient and disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others needing handicap accommodations to confirm in advance and be prepared to advocate for themselves."
