"Amazing property. Laundry room only has 2 washers and 2 dryers for such a large hotel and they are not time friendly. As long as laundry isn’t necessary a 5/5. Definitely staying again! "
Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Chevy Chase Pavilion
10/10 Excellent
"The young woman who checked us in spoke very quietly and we had to ask her to repeat everything. We are in our 50's but not deaf and don't usually have trouble hearing. She then gave us an incorrect number of drink and breakfast tickets but once we got all of that fixed the stay was excellent as always with Embassy Suites. This location is right at the metro station but the signs from the station to the hotel were awful. Again once we figured olut the 3 elevator system yes 3 elevators it was great. Great area around hotel with places to eat and shop. If I ever return to the area I would stay again for sure."
"Very clean, sharply run hotel in great location a short walk from the Metro as well as myriad dining options and a recently opened Whole Foods supermarket. Would recommend to anyone!"
