Great hotel. Good for families, couples, singles, etc. location is convenient to restaurants, night markets, Starbucks, Tuks tuks, bus and taxis. Nightlife is loud - but could barely hear it from back of hotel (all family rooms are on the back). Pool was great. Breakfast was amazing!

Airport Connection: Not convenient but not a problem. Took the Airport Rail to Ratchraprop station, jumped on bus 73 to Saphun Phut stop and then walked 1 km to the hotel. Total cost was 46 baht. Or take the train to Phaya Thai station, jump in a cab and go straight to hotel. That would cost ~160 baht total and be much faster with less confusion. Just avoid taxi from the airport to avoid the special taxes and...
this hotel is a hidden gem in many respects and debated on writing a review because it will be inundated .... the staff is very kind a helpful and the hotel is surgically clean, the location is prime, especially if you like to walk and not sit in traffic..
my husband and I stayed a week; it was the perfect place to explore Bangkok along the water and to easily access most of the main Tourist Sites in BKK. The rooms are clean, spacious, with modern conveniences, and comfortable, with added convenience of a washer and dryer. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!
This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The customer service was unparalleled and everyone was so kind. The location of the hotel is perfect - lots of stuff within walking distance but you're also right next to a metro line. The breakfast every morning was incredible and had so many options. We also loved the balcony of our room overlooking the river. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was wonderful; off the main street therefore quiet and with a wonderful view of the river and the Temple of the Dawn and within walking distance of many main sights such as the flower market the Grande Palace and also many very good restaurants. Having right by the river was really wonderful . The staff was very caring, helpful and attentive. I'm not sure one could find a better place to stay in Bangkok.
