"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "Really great spot, staff was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast and dinners were great, the Onsen was nice and relaxing, make sure you bring cash if you want to explore town because none of the buses accept IC cards"

"This really is a perfect location. Train station is literally across the street. Easy access to buses too. Free breakfast every morning. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and welcoming. "

"Location is a little far from the station, 25 win walk, but it had a (small) onsen. Hotel site says there is a convenience store ten minutes away, but there’s actually a large supermarket right next to the hotel and open till 10pm."
