Room had no towels when we got there, bed sheet had stain / marks on a small area near tge pullow i asked for extra towels and got them promply but then housekeeping took them away the following morning when they cleaned. Was charged 45 IDR for a small amount of milk to make tea with.

This was just what we needed, easy chill time with family. At Brunch they had organized some sort of a kids corner, so that adults could enjoy for a moment as well, which was super nice! even tho oblivious the hotel isn’t fully kids oriented, but that was fine for us. The only issue we had was over priced mini bar 375ml (bad)...
