"Avant d'arriver à l'hotel j'ai bien demandé d'avoir la climatisation étant avec un enfant et en plein mois de juillet, je n'ai eu aucun retour, et qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise la clim ne marchait pas, et qui de plus n'est pas incluse, mais payante 8€/jour. Arrivé le soir nous n'arrivions pas à dormir tellement la chambre était un four. Heureusement avec l'aide de la gentille dame à l'accueil, elle a fait tout ce qu'elle a pu afin de nous transférer dans une chambre climatisé où on a pu passer...

"Pulizia e Servizi di ristorazione (Bar, Ristorante) veramente eccezionali, ottima la posizione rispetto alla spiaggia , Personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare il cliente. Da rivedere i lettini e gli ombrelloni (non vengono assegnati) , l'animazione poco coinvolgente, la forte presenza di zanzare che seppur non infastidiscono il soggiorno (siamo comunque immerso nel.verde) , sono tante e andrebbe ricercata una soluzione definitiva. "

"Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super! Nicolo zeigte uns dann noch ein Club in der Nähe, da wir auch nach der Suche nach ein bisschen Party waren. Allem in allem würden wir definitiv wieder kommen - mille grazie!"

"My wife and I spent the first half of our honeymoon here and it couldn’t have gone any more perfect! Let first start by saying Diego, Valentina, and the entire staff (including Nicola!) went above and beyond for any and everything we needed! This boutique hotel is steps from the beach and located in the heart of Cala Gonone’s busiest strip; but it was still so quiet! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great experience! "Hôtel bien dans l’ensemble mais certainement pas le service client, chambre avec toilettes bouchées à notre arrivée (pas l’air surprise la dame) changement de chambre à 23h30 le 1er soir après que leur technicien et un collègue ait essayé de déboucher, je passe les détails …salle de bains inaccessible 🚽 Donc chambre changée mais facturée 2€ de plus par jour, un comble !!! Taxe de séjour exigée en espèces ! Points positifs : cadre, piscine, petit déjeuner "
