"Took 20 minutes for someone to come wait on me at the front desk and that’s only because I called them. The “check in kiosk” was not working at the time. Room was “okay” BUT it smelled HORRIBLE. I had to go by febreeze. Stains all over the carpet. Our white sock were BLACK. The shower made a horrible noise. Bathroom was tiny."

"I stayed in the downstairs room with two king beds. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a pleasant stay. I also appreciated that the property is pet‑friendly. Staff was very nice !! There were just a few things that could use attention. The old, worn‑out chair really needs to be replaced, and the tub mat looked like it hadn’t been updated in a while. The bathroom light fixture also needs to be cleaned or replaced, as it shows noticeable wear. None of these issues ruined the stay, but updating those details would definitely improve the room’s appearance and overall experience."

"The property was well kept and clean. The TV system is antiquated and does not work well. We had to change rooms upon arrival because the A/C system wasn't working properly in our first room. Additionally, repeatedly we had to get our room key re-coded or replaced multiple times during the week we were there. The Staff said they were having problems with their system, but this was a huge annoyance. Additionally, they were having staffing problems so housekeeping was not reliable/available much of the time. "

"Curtains are teal design with green window covers and worn out green gray carpet. I can hear the stomping overhead. Checked in at 2:30 w my chihuahuas and couldn’t get first floor (already?) saw a dirty paper cup with our coffee. Roach going across floor. Awful!!"

"The hotel was good for a one night quick sleep. There was a weird smell through out the hotel and even in our room. It smelled musty and wet. Looked like it had been remodeled but looked like it was done as cheaply as possible."

"SureStay Plus was not what I expected. It is decent if you are looking for a Motel. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly."
