"When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again."

"Due to staffing issues we were not able to check in at 3:00pm. But the two ladies at the front desk kept us informed and were so very kind. We checked in at 4:30pm."

I also didn’t understand why they put most of the visitors on the side next to the highway where you are woken up by trucks all the time . Staff was nice . "
