"The location is not great - it is close to a busy highway. This is a Remodeled Old Motel - and it shows. If end up getting a room here, make sure you ask for a room all the way in the back of the hotel, which is much further away from the main traffic area. The rooms are NOT clean, small and you can hear everything that is going out outside. The rates are not very expensive, but you can find a better place for a similar price."

"On our way to Florida from PA we stayed at a Tru and had such a good experience, we decided to stay on our return from Florida. First stay was in Jacksonville and this one in Fayetteville. Both times we had an excellent stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We had what we needed for a short stay. Location was great and we felt safe. The breakfast topped it off! Highy recommend these hotels!"

"The woman at the front desk could literally care less and seemed entirely disinterested and bored. The AC was very loud all night. Everything else acceptable. The family appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Good shower pressure. "

"Room was nice and check in was smooth, very helpful staff but television in room only played the Marriott advertisement on a loop. No channels, Netflix was non-functional. Staff attempted to help and mentioned that the televisions not working is a common problem at this hotel and added that they are discouraged by management from moving customers to new rooms when television does not work. They were unable to get the television to work. As a solution we were offered another room with a smaller bed and told we'd have to pay an additional fee. Could not guarantee the television in the other room would work. We declined. I'm not a huge television watcher but at this price point, at the very least I expect the television to work. The fact that this is a regular issue here, with no real solution provided means that I would not bring my family to stay here again. "
