I can’t say enough about the entire staff. Especially the Hotel Management and the entire staff. Everyone I had interactions with went above and beyond to make my weeks long stay the best ever!!! What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.

On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.

This hotel is centrally located in the Recoleta area, across from a mall and cinema and historic cemetary. Great restaurants are steps away. The rooms are spacious - really huge compared to European hotels. They are in the process of changing out mattresses, so be sure to request a room with a new mattress. The first time we checked in, we got a firm, very comfortable mattress. The second time (we couldn't get on our flights due to standby status), we returned and got a saggy one - upon request,...

We loved our stay at Krista Boutique Hotel!! The location is central to many walkable sites, great cafes and restaurants. We used the taxi service offered by the hotel when we landed and it was seamless. We also took advantage of massages by Da’hiana and Sabastian and they were the best we’ve had. The breakfast offering was delicious and the evening cocktail was a worderful way to relax for the evening before the evening explorations began. Truly a wonderful experience all the way around.

Excellent hotel. Facilities were great all over, clean and convenient. Stayed for only one night but it was a restful one, will definitely come back.

Hotel is a high level business-oriented facility. Many of the guests appeared to be professionals visiting Argentina on business. Large number of airline crew present as well. Check-in was smooth, though for persons arriving on early flights, getting to your room might be a problem. I was upgraded for a moderate rate and got a room on the executive floor right away.

We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. Beautiful boutique hotel

The Scala Hotel has an amazing staff and you will notice from the very beginning. Check-in was very fast and the room I was assigned was very large, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Room service is cheap and the food is amazing.

Be Hollywood is the nicest Boutique Hotel i've stayed at in Buenos Aires thus far! The staff was incredible! They changed in our monies at a favorable rate ( near blue dollar rate), they serve a hot breakfast ( even did so when we came to breakfast late), the staff suggested places to go, they upgraded our room promptly when we wanted a Balcony suite, they all speak English which is nice, and they assisted with transportation when needed.
